The new version of DevCertRequest Tool don't have an option to remove the ACS Publisher ID, It's always available. Could someone please share a DevCertRequest Tool.

can u please tell why u need it , because developer certificates are not issued now

For Nokia S60 3rd Devices. Is there another way to do it?
