About recommending apps,there are different point of view and usage for everyone, you can simply choose the apps by giving some more time at the section,its sorted in simplest way possible.

What useful,stable & safe apps mate ?
You can choose Anti-virus section depending on your phone for so called-safe apps.
For stable apps i don't think there's any Unstable application here
And Each and every application is useful as per accordingly to Requirements of the user..
