yes i use sisware to change uid range in test range only of the installer application but then i need the dll and the rsc file but i cant change their range whrer can i change it???

bro u need to hack your phones os to enable it to install all types of applications you can check tips & tricks section for complete detail ,u have to do it since future applications will be installable on hacked phones only
