Features
irRemoteirRemote turns your phone into a universal remote control. irRemote allows to operate audio and video equipment using one device - Symbian operated smartphone with infrared port. PowerIt's simple and intuitive. Just select the device from the list and control it using your phone's keypad. The database of supported devices is stored online and you can download new codes directly from the irRemote. WizardYou can extend the list of supported devices by uploading codes for them through an online wizard. Your uploaded codes can be downloaded directly from irRemote and ranked by other irRemote users. To install follow these instructions :- Sign 3.C***k.Unsigned.sis (see Signing help thread if you need help) Install 1.irRemote.Setup.SIGNED.Do.Not.Resign.sis Install 2.DRMCommonSolutions.SIGNED.Do.Not.Resign.sis Finally install the signed 3.C***k.signed.sis file.[/color] If you get an error with file number 2 then reboot your phone and try it again. If you still get error, use Activefiles to open the sis files. latest version v1.03 available here :- http://www.nokiaapps.org/bluetooth-i...ed-binpda.html Last edited by Ramzalot; 02-01-2008 at 07:39 AM. |

This technique is to add more devices to your Psiloc irremote database without updating it through online.
1.Get all the remote codes from this link below. Image Instruction also provided 2.Send the required remotes to your phone through any connectivity like irDA,Bluetooth or USB cable. 3.Now open LCG Xplore or other explorer.(Not the default file manager) 4. (i) For remote codes sent via irDA or Bluetooth, the remotes will be stored in your message inbox. So by using LCG explore move (cut) the remote files in your inbox to "c:\data\codes".If the folder "codes" is not present in your C:\data ,then create it. (or) (ii) For remote codes sent through USB cable, just open the LCG Xplore and point to the location of the file and move it to "c:\data\codes " 5.Make sure that you correctly moved the remote codes only to "c:\data\codes " 6.Now exit the LCG Xplore.Open the File Manager(your defaut one),Goto phone memory and then open the folder named "codes" 7.Open the remote file, now it will automatically opens your Psiloc irremote application and the new remote will be added to your database. What you have to do is download the remote codes from psiloc website or download the full list from the link I provided above. Just send that files to this location in your phone "c:\data\codes\ " Now go to the folder called "codes" in your phone memory through your default file manager(not Fexplorer) and open the ir file,it'll automatically opens your psiloc irremote application and updates the new code to your database. |

For all s60 9.x mobiles tested!!
All the remotes database updated 14-02-2008 Just download and then operate like this: 1.Extract remotes to specific folder in the mmc for example e:\remotes 2.Open X-plore 3.Find your .ir file that you want install 4.Press menu-file-edit(this will open hex editor)(or directly press "8" key) 5.Edit in the first line Edit the first character from ``89`` to ``99`` 6.Close the editor and save the file when the pregrams asks 7.Open file manager and find the ir modified file! 8.Just press ok or open and the file will automaticly be installed 9.Finished 100% working in all s60v3 or symbian 9.x 9 (nokia N73 , Nokia N80 ,Nokia N95 and 8gb ,Nokia N81 ,Nokia N82, Nokia E50 ect)
